  • Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code, including the communal door code that will work for the Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool. The Latch app is required for use during your stay.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

  • This unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building; an elevator is available onsite.

  • All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
  • All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.

  • Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in the covered parking garage on the premises. If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or if you have extra vehicles, ample first-come, first-served street parking is available.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Pool is open seasonally, typically between the early spring months and the end of October from 10AM to 10PM at the discretion of the HOA.
  • This year, the pool will be open on March 1st, 2025.
  • All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk.
  • Kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms provided:
    • Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
    • Bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
    • Two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom provided.
    • Additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.

  • This building is adjacent to railroad tracks, and some units may experience noise from passing trains. While this particular unit is located in the front of the building, you may occasionally hear the train if you are out on the balcony or at the pool.
  • The location is in downtown Nashville. Guests may encounter typical city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, other tourists, and construction, as well as see individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter. We do not recommend staying in Downtown Nashville if sensitive to urban settings.
  • Multiple units are managed within this building. Sizes and décor may vary. If the unit viewed is not a fit, contact to find one that better suits your group.
